Comfy bed, nicely refurbished and airy room with central heating, iron/ironing board, and coffee and tea making facilities.

The place was clean with a lovely staff with professional service. The hotel was in an incredible location very close to the local pub and the town center, hot springs and other attractions nearby. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Victoria Property.

I stayed here for a night and had dinner at the restaurant, and I really liked having an electric kettle, a mini-fridge bar, and central heating in the room.

Appreciated that the hotel was modern and had especially helpful staff with professional service. The room we had was beautifully maintained and functional with a foldup bed and the bedroom, as example. Everything was simply fantastic.

The rooms at Mid City Motel Warrnambool were recently renovated and stocked with essential supplies. the motel is conveniently located in a central area within walking distance to various attractions, shops, and restaurants. - It's also close to the Loft where I dined a few times.

Bed was comfortable.

Ideal spot for a quick getaway with my kids. 👨‍👧‍👦 Everything went smoothly. the location was top-notch, right in the heart of the action near all the best spots to eat and drink. 🍽️🍻

I like the location near the shopping centre and the fact that it has a Restaurant and bar.

We did book an Executive Double Room with Jacuzzi. But the room we got was small and it felt like a standard room with no living area. We were very disappointed with that! What we got was not what we thought we would get based on the online information. There was a draft that came through the front door and so we put a blanket under the door to stop the draft.

Ease of access to the center of the city and train service. The professionalism and courtesy of the staff.

Cable tv was not obviously available. No instructions in the room even though Foxtell program guide was provided. I did not ask the reception staff for help.

The family studio here has all the essential facilities, and the staff provide professional service.

Milk given was one day Used-By date. But I think it was still drinkable for one or two days

Was a bit disappointed by staff commuunication; called 1 day before to book a cot for baby however none was available during our stay despite thr guy who took the call said it's ok stayed 2 nights .Room service provided however this meant only towel change. Bathroom had a weird unpleasant odour though the rooms looked clean. Spacious and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool .. Good sizing and was clean. Prime location easily accessible. Restaurant however was overpriced not worthy... Would havevbeen so nice if we could dine/ breakfast at the hotel irself .. However we considred it too pricey comparing to other restaurants nearby. Some plates, cutlery would have beenost welcome even in absence of kitchenette. Overall average experience; not too bad for short trip
